Citadel is a secure, hassle free payment option that consists in a direct fund transfer authorization from the bank holders account to a nominated beneficiary account. It is available to all our players in the United States and Canada. There are no charges for this method but the player MUST be a signatory to the account in order to utilize this system.

NB: The checking account used to register at Citadel must be at a financial institution in the US and the cheque must be payable in US dollars.

The Player's casino account will be credited when the receipt of the funds is confirmed and the money can be used thereafter. This usually takes five to eleven working days.
