Signing Up
There are two steps in the instaCASH signup process. First, you must register a bank account with NETELLER. This involves entering information about the checking account that you would like to register at NETELLER.com. The information required for registration can be found on a paper check attached to your checking account.

Second, you must pass our identity verification process. This process varies by region, but typically consists of answering 3-4 questions about yourself. These questions are general in nature and NETELLER does not store your answers to these questions once your identity has been verified. If you answer the questions correctly, you will be able to deposit up to $750 immediately to your NETELLER Account from the bank account you registered.

If NETELLER is not able to verify your identity you can still use instaCASH once your bank account has been verified.  NETELLER will make a small deposit to your bank account, and you must enter the amount of the deposit into your NETeller account.  Deposits arrive in American accounts in 1-2 working days and 1-5 working days in Canadian accounts.  You will have access to instaCASH as soon as you have entered the correct amount.

Making Your Deposit
There are two ways to make an instaCASH deposit.

Deposit at NETELLER.com. By signing into your NETELLER Account and selecting the instaCASH deposit option, you can instantly deposit funds from your bank account to your NETELLER Account. From there you can transfer the funds to an online merchant.  Although the funds will be available for you to transfer immediately, it can take up to 4 days for the deposit amount to leave your bank account.

Deposit at an online merchant. Most merchants who support NETELLER will allow you to make an instaCASH deposit at their website. Please note that making an instaCASH deposit at a merchant website is different from transferring funds at a merchant website. When you make an instaCASH deposit, you will be asked to input the last 4 digits of the bank account you would like to transfer from. The deposit amount will be transferred from your bank account to the merchant without you having to leave the merchant website. If you plan on making an instaCASH deposit at a merchant website, there is no need to make an instaCASH deposit at NETELLER.com first. Some merchants will cover some or all of your instaCASH deposit fees, so you can save money by making your deposit at merchant websites.

Raising Your instaCASH Limits
Upon successfully signing up for instaCASH, you will have immediate access to $750 from your bank account. Once you have used this amount, you will need to verify your bank account to attain the next level of instaCASH, where you can deposit $750 per week. The instaCASH levels and the requirements to attain those levels are as follows:

Level One
Limit: $750
Requirements: Register your US (or Canadian) bank account with NETELLER.  Registering a bank account involves providing NETELLER with information found on your checks.  Verify your identity with NETELLER.  To verify your identity you may need to answer 3 to 4 identity verification questions online (US clients) or be prompted to enter the phone number registered in your name (Canadian clients).

Level Two
Limit: $750 per week
To qualify for Level 2 instaCASH you need to complete the registration process for your bank account.  To do this, you need to verify your bank account with us. This involves NETELLER sending a small deposit amount for less than one dollar to your bank account to confirm it is active.
